As 2020 approached theInstagram offering of a rural nurse gained an increasing number of followers. Her beautifully composed images were taken on her daily round in the King Country . Gallery owner Anna Miles saw the images and took Sara into her stable. subsequently showing an exhibition and publishing a book, "Observations of a Rural Nurse".

As it turned out Sara was capturing images where she had a predecessor, her father, war artist Peter McIntyre. Thus father and daughter have together immortalised the remnants of a King Country location long a Maori settlement and then in the early twentieth century a saw-milling town. Peter's book of paintings was entitledKakahi.
