Magdalinos House

One of the signature pieces of Hawkes Bay Architect Paris Magdelinos, a residential house of impressive proportions, firmly ensconced in the 1990s with the trademark Magdelinos colourscheme. A much admired landmark in the Napier environ, where it does show plenty of respect for the city's Art Deco theme. Worth a drive by, apparrantly the back yard is even better with an amazing tropical garden and swimming pool. In November 2015 it was for sale.
