Building Sandcastles

Ryan Peterson By Ryan Peterson | 02 July 2018 in Beaches

What's a day at the beach without building a Sandcastle?

There are no rules to what, how, why or when you can or should build your sand castle, the important thing is you get out there and do it.

Here's a few tips to keep in mind.

For the little kids, bring them a bucket and spade. Bring a spare bucket to carry some water in to wet the sand down and to detail your masterpiece after you build it.

If you want to get serious, bring a lightweight garden spade and build a life-size one the kids can play in!! That's what I'm talking about.

We are pulling together a collection of beaches suitable for sandcastle building. Help us out and by sending us your pics of your sand castle creations, and we will look at posting them to represent that beach.
